MODO — Scaling a national payments platform

Think Venmo, but built by joint initiative of 30+ Argentine banks. MODO launched in late 2020 and reached 3M users in its first 10 months, with acceptance at +400K merchant locations. I joined as a founding designer and owned the peer-to-peer transfer experience.

One of the world's largest consumer goods companies needed to track 100,000+ pallets a month — and was doing it on paper. I designed the internal platform that replaced that process, integrated with SAP, and generated estimated savings of over $1.2M annually.
